[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — hotelier did not allow check in, wanted payment in cash

I had terrible experience with oyo before but somehow forgot and booked a room again in velankanni, the hotelier did not allow me to check in asking payment to be made in cash, when i called oyo they simply hung up the phone kept it engaged made more than 30 mins and didn’t return, when i asked for refund again the same, this will be my last in oyo and i will make 100s will not book oyo thanks
