I booked a hotel on 21 june 2019 at 11.00 pm, by mistake check in date is entered wrong and i have done the payment. I booked a room for the day that is gone. So, i contacted oyo assist to modify the dates. They given me another number. I talked to 4-5 persons but noone helps me and noone knows the procedure. So, finally i cancelled the booking and now i want refund of my amount for rs 849.
Worst customer care service, drunked persons are sitting there, they dont know, what they are saying and disconnect the call without any help.
