Oyo rooms was supposed to refund me the excess money demanded by the hotel. After a lot of communication they said the money has been sent to my account which would be reflected in 7 to 14 days. However nothing has come yet. There last email is attached below.. Email from oyo (Screenshot attached) ================================= Hey there! Good news! Customers are in the ❤️ of everything we do and your feedback has allowed us to I would like to inform you that your refund of INR 208/- has been initiated from our end it will reflect to your source account within 7 to 14 working days. BOOKING ID: TEF52796 Lastly, we have a have a teeny tiny favour to ask of you. You'll soon receive another mail asking for your feedback and we humbly request you to let us know what you think.
