With reference to trailing mail, I have book a Room from Jammu Road Katra (Jammu Tavi) But unfortunately Cancel my trip so I have Cancel my Booking (Id- GORU9683) . I talk to OYO customer care department he say that your money will refund within 24 hours, But my money has been not refunded to till date, My Complain I’d is 50739. I would request to you please Provide help for refund my Credit amount.
