As we reached the hotel (Oyo 18842 Amana Suites, Mumbai) in a heavily pouring weather, even after having a prior booking with ID TZQC2831, we were not allowed to check-in on the pre-decided amount of INR 1632. As we were asked to get in touch with the customer care, who repeatedly put our call on hold in the promise of providing another hotel, we spent more than 1.5 hrs to fix the issue. In the end, we were also not provided with another hotel and we were left to facing a lot of inconvenience in such bad weather. Then, we paid INR 1500 for a day which is almost a double amount to stay in the same hotel which had minimal facilities. We demand a reimbursement with a separate cost for this inconvenience caused.
