[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I am complaining about showing fake rating and property photos

Today i have booked a room in oyo9155 hotel maya cottage, in new delhi, (Booking id avlb5746 with price of rs.1653/-) through oyo and found that showing pictures and ratings are fake, even i have called oyo thrice a time and informed all those thing even i have sent pictures to mr. Narendra chaudhary on given email id i. E. [protected]@oyorooms.com.

After sometime i got a call from oyo senior official and he said that you have called our agent, and who’s given email and call is not valid for oyo, so let me clear again. After describing all those thing he said that we can change the rooms but, what you are saying that is not true. Said property is good property.

This is not acceptable from any service provider.

Now everyone please go through the photo and verify with given pics and rating in oyo all are fake.

Hi,
I had booked one room for three persons in oyo 9674. The room were not sufficient enough to cater three persons in a room, still the rooms were booked in the oyo app.

Major concern, there was very foul smell of dead rat.

Please do the needful.
