I booked a room for me and 2 of my fiends on 7th November 2020 at Moidu's hotel palarivattam, Kochi. I made online payment of Rs. 1228 for an overnight stay. OYO also made a confirmation call regarding my check-in. When I reached the place I was known that the hotel I booked is a quarantine centre and they denied access to the room. I found no helpline number to directly contact the service provider, also the help chat they put in is worthless.
I was let off in the streets and no solution is made on my cause till now. I am truely eligible for refund and I want it.
