[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I am denied check in even after booking and paying tariff in advance | |||||
I have booked oyo rooms for my trip of gangtok from 14/04/2017-16/04/2017 with user id pqxy5072.in advance. I have paid complete tariff as required by oyo rooms., but still i am denied check in as hotel did not have vacant rooms. I tried to contact oyo rooms customer care but always they put me on hold to fetch information regarding booking.in this duration i have talked at least 10 customer care executive (Gurmeet, jyotika, dishad, akshay, khushbu, dheeraj, rehman, and many more) of oyo rooms regarding my denied check in but no one was able to resolve my issue. After waiting for almost 4-5 hour they offered me an alternative which was below my expectations. So i denied it.in this duration, i also tried to talk mr. Pratyul and mr. Surojit of oyo rooms local support executive but they were also not able to resolve my issue, even they misbehaved with me.in the end they cancelled my booking as they have decided in a resolution. When i demanded cash refund they said it will take at least 7-14 days and that too in account. Due to shortage of money i have decided to return back.in this whole episode, i have suffered most and oyo rooms have harassed me mentally. Oyo rooms need to put my room ready in advance but they are so in effective that even after calling them they were clueless what to do. Please take strict action against oyo rooms as they have failed to deliver what they promised. Was this information helpful? | |||||
