I came to hotel at morning 9 am today. They refused to check in. They said, they did not receive full amount from your side.
I booked this property in advance full payment to oyo and requested for early check in. But here situation was totally opposite. I called ur customer care that time and took more than an hour but nothing happened. Even I asked to ur customer care for booking another property nearby. But he could not able to give me. My complete schedule disturbed and big headache also.
I booked this property oyo townhouse 160 Vaishali 1.
After taking so much pain. I booked this same hotel in cash so I had to pay here Rs. 3815.
Now I want the refund of this total amount oyo.
I am very surprised and shocked by your services first time.
