On 21/6/2022 i made a booking through https://www.oyorooms.com/ for 2 adults ( 23/6/2022 to 26/6/2022 ) for Collection O 84531 Auro Castle Residency at Rs 3009 . I received the message from oyo about the confirmation of my hotel. BOOKING ID - AOLQ3229
Then later on 22/6/2022 i called the hotel to tell them my check-in time. The hotel manager responded by saying that their hotel is not available for a price range of 3009 and demanded a total of 5400 and asked me to cancel my booking .
I called Oyo customer service, they just gave me two choices that was either to cancel my booking and ask for a refund or to book a very low rated hotel for the same price, i tried to explain my situation that i cannot cancel the booking and can't afford to pay more, since the mistake was from their end, they should take care of it . They said either cancel and get the refund or pay the extra amount .
I got very frustrated and asked them to cancel my booking and asked for a refund . They promised that i would receive my refund in 10 hours, but it has been more than 20 hours and i don't have any money left to book another hotel .
ON THE APPLICATION IT IS SHOWING THAT MY REFUND HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFERRED, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND!
Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible
