[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — i booked a room in 27/07/2019 at hotel venus but room was not provided to me

Address:Hotel Venus,chaura bazaar,near best price,zirakpur, Chandigarh, Punjab

I booked a room on oyo id-uigm5362..in hotel venus, chaura bazaar, near best price, zirakpur amount was deducted from my account and when i reached at place they said room is unavailable for me... I showed them my booking id but they denied to provide me room, i talked to oyo they said they hv arranged another room in any other hotel but the situation was same... I just want my refund back and i was not expecting this type of behaviour from oyo

Whenever i am asking for GSTIN invoices, i m not able to get the same

Please help, there is no other way tother than go to consumer court now. oyo is no tproviding me gtsin invoices please help.

My room was bookes for 24.07.2019 this was conformed booking even i transfered room tarif but they refused for same so please refund my payment.
