[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I can't initiate Check procedure | |
My booking id is 136930 Room number 103 Property OYOCHN 1028 Saligram Since 4th Feb i am trying to inform the checkout by phone but call centre is not able to do that or confirm. Then i send a mail to life.[protected]@oyorooms.com on 5th and 6th but no reply. I called up today 8th Feb to your call centre, they said they have initiated but no mail so far.. Further i am not able install the application., i get the SMS code once i enter it says i am not a active memeber eventhough i am staying in oyolife since 3rd of Feb.
