[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — I have booked room from Oyo paid to oyo online , but hotel have not allowed me to checkin, now I am not getting my refund

I have booked room from Oyo paid to oyo online, but hotel have not allowed me to checkin, now I am not getting my refund

Hotel manager behaving like goon
He said mein checkin nahi deta kar le jo karna hai
booking oyo se ki hai to oyo se hi baat kar

I called oyo customer care multiple times same day, same time, but not able to connect, I tried their help support on the mobile app

but they have given a number, where i was not able to connect to them after multiple tries

I was in Kashmir srinagar and did not want to create a scene there to ruin my holiday
