[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — i have paid for the room, but while checking in they denied my checkin and nobody responded to resolve the issue

I have booked a room near gachibowli, hyderabad in a hotel named oyo 9004 qube inn. I have paid the money in advance from the app. But they did not allow me to check in. I have tried for help for near about 4 hours but didn't get any from the central team. I lost the paid money along with lot of precious time.
