Oyo Rooms — I was left stranded for more than 6 hours even paying oyo full amount

Worse experience ever never ever again i will go oyo
I have traveled around the world just visited india and needed to go to mumbai for religious purpose
What i found is their customer service is worse customer service you can find the staff is ridiculously unhelpful and arrogant i don’t think they will last long well i hope they go & someone better take their place
I paid full payment while booking hotel with oyo
Upon arrival the hotel refused to let me check in telling me they no longer do business with oyo telling they don’t payback to hotel for long long time so they stop doing business with oyo
Well that was around 11:45 am i was calling relentlessly to oyo staff for help since i was with my wife and 2 year old kid i might have made approximately 15-20 desperate calls to get my problem resolved
I have kept all the recordings and my god their staff is so useless i finally get to check in around 7pm replacement room wasn’t even bigger but then my bathroom
The hell i faced i don’t want other families to go through if you reading this and you have family don’t go with oyo thinking your getting good deal they are useless
