I have made a booking on 08th DEC 2021 with OYO Rooms, and i cancelled the same booking on the 13th DEC under the policy norms of OYO rooms, i get the status on the app that my booking is canceled and But there is no any mention of refund tranction id and trying to reach customer care they are only provide computer voice there is no refund related customer agent. They are not responding to calls or their chat Facility. I am waiting at 14day from the date of cancelled that booking. I want my money back. Please do something tried to connect with their support teams several times, but they don't give me a resolution on this. I tried to chat with them but there are just auto-generated responses. Here are the details-
