Oyo Rooms - Ticket id_ [protected]: Check in denied, refund has not been processed post 3 months.
After raising a complaint here, they contacted us, shared mail to fill in bank details and a self declaration as well, but the status reference link they gave us shows as refund failed.
Firstly, they are not reversing the payment to source and then they are asking for bank details. Even though we gave them the details, they are not refunding. Was this information helpful? |
