Inconvenience while booking the room the rates oyo is offering is denied by the hotel owner and customer care members are showing no due interest in solving the issue the executive are rude in communication. This is showing no interest in retaining customer or solving their problem here by oyo experience is really worst we have faced ample disrespect by both hotel n Oyo executive end.
