I had a booking for two days with the first hotel with booking ID IKWD3644/YS5J7490.
I made the booking and they called me and I confirmed that I will be checking in, in one hour and I also confirmed my check in on WhatsApp.( Attached screenshot). Once I reached the hotel I was denied check in saying rooms are full??
So I made another booking KDWU3160 at a different hotel and I paid on the Oyo app an amount of Rs. 985 and when I went there I was asked to pay 1500 more. And I was given a room with No Shower/TV/WiFi. However, on the next day they gave me a different room when I said I want a refund and I'll check out...
I had no other option since I traveled from one hotel to another and I was denied check in at the first hotel and second hotel is asking me for more money to give me a room even after I paid that booking amount online on the app? I have attached the screenshots necessary.
My bookings get confirmed and then I'm denied check in?
So I pay early and Still I'm asked to pay extra and given such bad rooms?
How are you gonna compensate me?
I am a regularly Oyo customer..
