[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — I'm compalining for the money matter and time

I booked oyo room at 699 rs but they take 1200 rs from me bcz i want to chekin before 12 but i reached till 10.30 but as per oyo policies that the room will be provided to the customer if there is any vacant room after 10am but they dint provide even though the parking was free but they take cahrge of that too.
