I booked a hotel named the premium villa located at kailash colony, delhi and payed the full amount for the same ie 699. When i went to hotel the reception told me their is no booking on my name in their server.
Then I called oyo customer support first they said they are processing my booking and for half an hour i waited but it was still not showing in the hotel's server then i called them again now they told me that they are cancelling my previous booking and will refund whole amount in half an hour and they told me if i want to proceed
with my booking again i have to pay 677{
and so i did they gave me the new booking id but it was still not showing in the hotel's server i called them four to five time
everyone said they processing it and told me to be on call and after half an they were cutting the call. All in all they are not refunding my money. Was this information helpful? |
