[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I'm complaining about oyo booking

I booked oyo kf residency from 27 nov to 30 nov for 3400 but manager denied for checkin due to rate issue and he asked me to book another new booking and i was having no option at late night 12:30 am so i had to book new booking again and paid 1700 rs again just for one night, 3400 + 1700 .. and no refund yet and oyo customer denied for refund and infact customer care said payment is not done successfull which was totally fake as i got successful transaction receipt and text of Oyo from on WhatsApp itself.. i dont understand what kind of service they provide.. what kind of tie up they had with hotel n fake prices on oyo apps .. i want my 3400 rs refund
