[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — i'm complaining about the room service in which manager do not take entry in oyo app and charges much more money than shown in app

I come to the oyo rooms with name spot on krishna cottage but the, hotel manager do no take my entry in the oyo app for 4 days and charges double of price that shown in oyo app in my phone, that is 1600 but he charged 3200 thats is totally fraud with me also he said to give proper two times room cleaning but he did not send anyone to clean the room not even one time in 4 days.
