Oyo Rooms — improper response | |||
I am Rathinavel Kumaran from Chennai I booked a room at Grand continent, exactly at 5:55am of 21/06/19 for 21/06/19 to 22/06/19 but the booking date was taken as 20/06/19 to 21/06/19 so I informed the receptionist that the booking was to be on 21/06 to 22/06 So the receptionist charged with a early check in charge of rupees 500 and the room rent 1700 and told that he will change the booking dates but he hasn't changed the dates so the hotel is insisting to vacate or to extend the booking As in this situation I called the Oyo assist person they are not responding properly Was this information helpful? | |||
