This is probably the third time that I have a complaint regarding Oyo and it's customer service team. I was looking to book a hotel in Neral/Karjat/Lonavla. However the decent ones, were sold out. Alright, I can understand if they are sold out for one weekend? But upto Nov? I raised this issue to 4 different guest managers via the oyo ping app, and all of them have done nothing but apologise and say they cannot help. Writing mails to you people is useless, as it seems that probably the same type of people reply there.
Is Oyo going to be forever incompetent to solve my issues? Cause I am seriously considering deleting my account, due to your pathetic service, not just once but so many times. Was this information helpful? |
