My booking id is ZFGE6590. Had booked on 2nd April 2022. When I arrived at the hotel the reception staff told me the air conditioning is not working for the whole building. I asked them to cancel but they denied and told me to cancel from my end. After some struggle with the help bot on the app i got a person to chat with me. He said he cannot cancel it from there. I tried to calling oyo support number [protected] but it was switched off. As a last resort I had to press cancel from my end which cost me a cancellation fee. I thought I can sort this out later as I was busy. I am struggling to get my money back since the past one week. The oyo support guys made me wait for an hour in total but nothing came out. They say technical issue and waste my time. Its not a small amount for me. I tried mailing them but no one replies. Pathetic support. I hope some one takes this seriously.

Oyo contacted me right after the day i posted the complaint. Refund was initiated. Amount was credited to the bank 1 day later.
