[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — incorrect information given by customer service executive

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600045

On the 25th night, i booked a room id: voup 1058 and requested for early check in and the support guy said yes you can check in early by paying an additional amount of 200 at hotel venue.

But now the hotel guys said like all the rooms are full until 12 pm.

I need immediate refund and compensation for your worst behavior towards a customer.

I have raised a complaint via call id:14044360.
