This is regarding my booking with oyo that i had canceled, the booking id is whuf8351. The booking was canceled on 23rd september, i assumed the refund was initiated but i did not receive the refund amount rs 11797.
I called back on 9th october, the refund was processed but i still have not received the amount back. I was informed by a cse that the refund was done but the bank did not process it and he will be sending a transaction id for me to check with my bank, but i did not receive that as well.
So, i called back and the lady told me that the refund is not initiated yet and she initiated it now, so i have to wait for another 7-14 days.
Today i spoke to another cse named prince, who spoke to me in such a fake accent and did not give me any relevant information, only response i receive is that there is a technical issue, when asked what is the technical issue they say that due to the bank server, i asked for the bank transaction id that was also not given to me. And then he disconnected the call. I called back, a lady transferred me to her so called manager, she tells me that there is no issue and does not know why and how someone told me about a technical issue.
