I booked a hotel through oyo for 2 days in lansdowne and on reaching the hotel, they checked us in, gave us our room and then after seeing the rate oyo had fixed for 2 days asked us to leave.
On getting oyo customer service to talk to the hotel owner, i was informed by senior executive at oyo that nothing can be done and the only other alternative was to shift to a new property apparently which was 50 km away as no nearby property was available. During this period i was also mistreated by the hotel (Lans view) who threatned me to vacate the room and when i didn't as oyo was assuring me that they would help, the hotel switched off electricity and water supply in my room and continuously kept ringing my room bell. And all oyo did was say that they couldn't get me a room in that hotel and they would give me a shift option. Never have i ever felt this harassed on a trip whereas till this day i was a regular customer of oyo.
Apparently oyo doesn't pay its partners and also are of no help or support to their customers.
