[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — insects and dirty toilet

I have booked oyo room on 7/9/2019, booking id is orng8513 hotel krishnam dhani on jaipur to jodhpur highway.

Seriously my worst day in my whole life, since morning i was driving our plan was to go direct to jodhpur but due to some problem we plan to book a room for night from oyo, first time i book room from oyo, as oyo was promising that they will give neat and hygiene washroom, so i booked.

When i check in room was smelling, there were frogs in room, used women pad is kept in washroom, cigarettes kept in washroom, no water supply, its like a hell.

I inform all these issues to hotel management but they refuse to take action they told me that we cant do anything, then i inform to oyo customer care, oyo executive tell me that they can refund 20%.

I have attached all pictures. I short i can only say that kindly dont book rooms from oyo
