Oyo Rooms — Invoice not provided for online payment made for hotel booking

I have made OYO booking at Capital OYO Townhouse 330 DLF Phase-2 from date 11 Sept 2022 to 25 Sept 2022 with booking id QOK77444 (Rs.13949) . Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walkin customers and booking done through OYO App. So, my company now not reimburse the above amount as oyo have mentioned in payment receipt invoice collect from hotel at time of checkout. Very frustrating situation to me... please resolve my problem asap.

I requested for proper invoice mentioned GSTN detais on it of my company . They take all details and told me to wait for 2 days and you will get proper invoices . They didn’t reply by himself after 2 days so i ping them again. After that they just send me voucher type thing not proper invoice. Please check all screen shots.
