I have booked oyo room for ist & 2nd march 2022 under bookind ids a8j77154 & ns2b8435. I have paid rs. 1354/- & rs 1399/- for the same respectivally. At the time of checkout i was told that invoice for the same will be sent on my email id by oyo, however same were not sent. While downloading the same from oyo application i am getting both invoices for rs. 16/- only. However original amount i paid is much higer. I am calling oyo customer care since 3-4 days ; but not getting proper response. They are keeping my calls on hold on pretext of connecting to some service team and then disconnecting the same. Kindly provide me the invoices for the original amount i paid by today or i will have no other option than lodging complaint with consumer court.
