Oyo Rooms — Invoice not received from hotel

Dear sir
We booked hotel from Oyo in one 8 collection vibhuti khand gomtinagar lucknow and already paid 2299 on 9 oct22 for 2 days 20-12 oct2022
And I paid 930 in hotel for fooding,
Hotel not provide bill and told that all invoices you recieved from Oyo in your mail,
Details of booking as given below
Re: Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: SIG Escalations | Resource ID: X0GW0691 | Resource: Booking but till date we not received invoice after many phone call to your oyo office, you provide me bill otherwise I may complaint to consumer forum

Till date I don't have any resolution from Oyo room
As per policy my claim will expire soon
So kindly provide invoice other wise I will claim to Oyo room
