I stayed 3 days in different hotels after 1st day asked for the invoice they said trying to share but dur to some issue not able to mail it and after that day i tried many times and call disconnect get connected also they said they will arrange a call on 15 minutes but didn't recieved any call and i am not able to get any invoices

I am very much sure that I am asking for invoices, i am not even able to connect to your toll free number after my first call and on my first call they said they are not able to send the invoice and I asked them to arrange a call back i neither received any call nor any invoices email.
Don't counter it by saying it's not doesn't sounds better
Improve your system if you have added the option of invoice in your chat then you are not sharing it, whenever someone download the invoice he/she may get only 20 rupees invoice, last was the last day i preferred Oyo...
