[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — irresponsible customer care

I have been waiting for the past half an hour just to talk to the customer care they have kept me on hold for some booking i wanted. I am still on hold. I was 20 years onld when i called i am 60 now. It has been forever. The call is going on since last 32 mins. The guy picks up the call again and tells me i talked to the hotel in varanasi and guess what? I had enquired for a hotel in ahmedabad.

I took Oyo wizard subscription.They promised to Refund 5% of my current booking value refund.But they don't give it.[protected] my mobile number.I contact many times for this but no resolution.OYO IS BIGGEST FRAUD.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
