I have booked a hotel on 4th Feb 2023 from Oyo bookingDesk using their offical helpline number. They booked a different hotel for me for which they have given me a link for payment and I paid Rs.849. When I complaint about the wrong hotel, they have initiated the refund of Rs.849 on 4th Feb 2023 itself and told me that the refund will reflect in 7-14 days.
I have contacted them again on 11 Feb as there was no refund. So, they re-initiated the refund of Rs.849 saying that it was not done before.
Now after waiting for some days. I again contacted them on 21 Feb 2023 with the same issue as the Refund is not showing in my ICICI Credit card which i've used to make the payment. They again Reintiated the Refund saying that It is process and it will take 7-14 days again.
It's 15 March 2023 today, which I'm tired of their service and writing here in hope that refund will reflect in my bank account.
