We had very unpleasant stay in this hotel. I would request for refund to the source account for our bad experience with OYO hotels and also the team to address the below complaints.
Complaints:
1. There is no room heater but it is mentioned under amenities that it is available. We were unable to sleep in that cold winter temperature in Srinagar.
2. TV wasn't working at all.
3. There is no water bottle and kettle for hot water. Since temperature is so cold, we requested him for Hot water. So he gave water in a tub, not sure if its properly fetched. Typically OYO provides packaged bottles at least.
4. No Toiletries are available etc. In fact, used soaps were left in the room, and no cleaning was done by the staff. One expired unopened soap was lying in the room near the tv, from almost a year (from expiration date), but no one bothered to remove that.
5. Food availability was restricted wrt time of the day, as per the hotel mgmt. But if I go outside, food was available in other surrounding hotels. 6. Bed came with electric blanket, which didn't work properly. It provided very less heating, and wasn't enough to keep it warm.
7. No lights were switched on in balcony, staircase and common areas. No wonder hotel was completely empty.
We had very bad experience with this hotel from OYO and we are really disappointed during our stay. Hence as part of resolution, I would request for refund to my source account.
