[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — It's been 16days Refund is not initiated.

My booking id BR5F6111. I booked room after talking to oyo excecutives on call. And she said u will not be charged extra from property manager. And I paid all the amounts online. Then i was denied at check-in. I was told to pay 400rs extra for check in. I called ur customer care and they told me that refund will be given to u within 7-14 days. It's been 16days i yet to get remaining 400rs for my booking. I didn't get room and i was charged 594 rs. I lost rupees and i didn't get room too. What a worst service oyo is providing.
