I booked this hotel on 24th july, 2018 vikrant's residency in gurgaon's sector 45. The hotel is registered by oyo rooms (Oyo 12074). My booking id : kixn7249, its property manager kept me waiting for 2 hours at reception asking me to call customer care, and tell they haven't received any booking by this id. The customer care too will put your call on hold saying give us few minutes sir and those few minutes never gets over.
My booking was confirmed still i had to wait for 2 hours, very much disappointed for this inconvenience.

The main reason to book hotel was to save time otherwise i have my home in delhi, just because my office is in gurgaon and i had some work to do therefore i decided to stay in gurgaon itself to save time.
Now i request to please refund at-least 50% of the total amount i have paid for booking.
