I am booking oyo package for kerala trip package id:- pkg-capt2107 and we are submited 25% amout. But till date i am continuing followed to mr ashish but he said to me operation teem not conformation my hotel. This 1st time i am realized oyo operation teem service very poor. Please solve my problems and send to me hotel confirmation latter urgently.
