Oyo Rooms — lack of management/some kind of fraud or con act | |||
Sir, I have booked a room in oyo life 851 on 20the september 2019. The booking was made for a certain room which was not alloted to me after making payment. The payment was made in regards to me and my friend shifting in the same room. After making payment the manager at oyo life 851 made a mistake and alloted me a different room. When asked about the matter the manager, aditya katraj, told me that he had made a mistake in booking and would sort it out by himself. Today, 11th october, i have come for shifting and i have been told that my room has been given to another person and i have been told nothing can be done regarding this matter. I had made the payment on the word that i would be given a specific room which latter turned out to be false. So should i take this as some kind of fraud or con act..
