I have booked rooms at Delhi twice on 18 September 2022 through OYO rooms in Hotel Gush International OYO 8096 and Hotel Tashkent OYO 24677 both are situated in Pharganj Delhi . The booking was non refundable and i have already paid through phone pe. When the time of the check in, both hotels are denied my booking. The both hotel managements are said that they are not providing rooms for OYO customers and they have no longer contract with OYO. I want full amount refunded as Rs. 434 and 531 .
