I am rushi. I booked a room before a week ago for my birthday celebration and I confirmed about my stay with the property manager and today at the day of check-in after week he is talking like sorry sir we are out of the room now there is leakage problem and also oyo customer support system is telling me this stay online I will assist in u like 3 times with taking my hour on my birthday tell me what I have to do now this is happening with me for 3 rd time. Is this is how oyo treat their loyal customers? I don't think I am going to use oyo again thanks for doing nothing.
