[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — meal not provided after taking extra charges

Room occupied for 1 night - 7-8 dec, 2019. I had paid extra charges for dinner while booking. Dinner was provided at the oyo, but i was made to pay separately for the food. I was informed that the charges taken by oyo for dinner were not applicable there and that i could request a refund 'if i wanted to' with oyo. Despite multiple calls, i couldn't reach oyo to talk about this issue. I was always kept on hold for half an hour following which the call lapsed.
