[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — mental exertion | |
This is the serious concern of worst customer service and mental exertion experienced ever with oyo rooms #oyorooms we a family of 9 remained roofless for approx 3 hours trusting oyo. Despite of booking in advance with an online payment for the same we were not allowed by the concerned hotel staff of oyo to check-in, despite of helping me out at the desired time, 3 oyo executives kept my call on hold for consecutive 3 hours, without assuring or providing me the alternative for stay.
