when I was about to reach hotel all the way from #delhi to #chandigarh, I called the hotel people, he said we can not give you booking as we have electrical work going on, he directly denied for it, now take this as humanly, person driving all the way from delhi to chandiharh and when he was about reach hot denied for checkc-in then what would happen there. I called to oyo people and explained my situation that I am on National Highway and there is no place to go anywhere, girl other side listen this and put me on hold and dis the call after 20 minutes, still I am on highway no place to go, I called again to hotel he again said we can not do anything call OYO people, we are not reasonable for this, I counter him and said this is your responsibility before accepting the booking and if any work is going on then inform the customer before day of check in atleast so customer arrange the things there, he cut the call, I again 2 times call #OYOrooms person on other side took 1 hour and arrange me hotel but as person who is on highway with no where to go with family (wife and child age of 6 ) will accept whatever comes in way with both hand so I accept and when I reached this new shifted #(OYO 19778 Hotel Royal Shades) (Nayagaon, Chandigarh), as arrival of customer, hotel people first ask to see the hotel room and if it all satisfactory they do the formalities, here nothing happen, he first asked ID and money which I did as just wanted to get calm and my baby was also not well that time she was crying so without checking the room I checked - in there, then just in 5 minutes I asked the hotel person TV is not working as well as i asked him provide me suitable parking as hotel was situated on road, huge traffic noise, people can damage the car, this all thing I came to know, as I was allready paid so I asked him to do something, he said we can not do anything, we have no parking, I asked him so anyone can damage the car there in road, well that's one point, another one is tv was not working, he said willl be working in 15 minutes but not happened< so I asked the #OYOroom people, this is [censored] you offered in, you guys just took the advantage of my situation here, (partap I think) on other side said we will give to you refund but take another hotel by own and refund would be inititaed full, call next day as hotel people will mark you checked-out next day 11 only so call after 11 am we will refund you,
Now when I call sombila I thing said only 20% refund of booking< I asked her no refund I want, as Goodwill gesture I wan nothing but I want apologize later and as well ass that partap agent need to be fired.
She was not care about that and sent my pretyped mail and compulsory sent me 2o% refund which I already denied. Even this call went for 50 miutes very first 40 minute I asked the manage on call she said he is in meeting, means customer interaction is nothing but thier meeting must be going on after 45 minutes again asked for manager she said he is busy, means customer as nothing for them, she was so adment on call, I asked ofr apology later and that person fired, as he lied to me. nothing hapend she dis the call. No call back I received from #OYORooms as of now.
