Hi,
My name is Kartik Abbi, on 8th of December had made 2 booking's for my upcoming trip one for my parents to Amritsar & mine to Bangalore. I had made the booking and selected pay at hotel.
Amritsar is from 23rd to 25th - THGB5723
Bangalore is from 24th to 27th - LXGP8031
Today on 16th December, I received a SMS stating, that i need to make the payment against the booking id: THGB5723 in next 24 hours else it would be cancelled. On calling the call center they informed that from 15th of December onward the dates which are from 24th of Dec to 4th of Jan needs to be paid upfront.
Its really upsetting as no information was prior provided by OYO, I can still book a new hotel again from oyo and select pay at hotel.
Its my first experience and really upset, as I have read that previous customer have made payment, and faced many issues and there was no refund as well. Was this information helpful? |
