[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — mis selling

I checked (8-9 june) in oyo home stay 14497 in dharamshala. First of all owner didn't give us utensils as shown in pictures and after many requests they give us utensils and after using them they told my wife to clean the utensils because we didn't order any food from them. And also they are charging more for any item and also force us to order food from them. Please look into the matter its a huge loss of personal respect after paying so much.
Highy disappointed from oyo.
Will escalate the matter on social media.
