[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — misbehave by hotel staff

Dear oyo. Yesterday i stayed in hotel dsr classic sec 12 noida. The room was very unhygienic. When i complain for this they didn't give any solution As i am regular customer at that oyo property. After check out i got a call from hotel manager his name is vishal kumar [protected] He was threatening me and misbehave with me. His voice tone very rude and unprofessional. I have booked oyo 17251 Hotel Mount View at Siliguri for 12.05.19 named Madhumita, but at the time of check in they have denied me to provide room through oyo . They have told that they are not oyo provider. But I have received confirmation msg from oyo of this hotel.
