On 17 July 2021 we was booked a hotel VINAYAKA INN DELHI multani Dhanda, Pharganj. When we visit at the property we found 4 drunk persons they was steering and comment on my gf. When i was complained to hotel manager he said anyone can check in in this hotel it doesn't matter how they behave or how much they drunk. That's why i was cancelled the booking but amount is not refund to me till now. when i can for refund at OYO they told me you can't get your money on cancelation after 24 hours.
So, please tell what should do when someone misbehave on spot on property he can't get any refund?. If not then why didn't you check your property decorum on daily basis or why not generate a SOP to avoid drunk persons or all that. First time I am very disappointed to the OYO, its not good for me even not for any other costumer.
Kindly an action about that and such types of hotels, because we can't see hotel decorum on OYO app in photos or nor give any review before check in or check out. Try build your best costumer relations which are not so good. Was this information helpful? |
